Exceptional views, marvellous and incredible setting.
extremely comfy bed in the king room, plus a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. with wake-up service available and best staff from the bellstand to the restaurant to the housekeepers.

Staying at this hotel was a delight, being just a few steps from the 360 Chicago Observation Deck and surrounded by great food options like NoMi Kitchen right next door. We appreciated the easy access to landmarks and the convenience of a hotel vehicle to whisk us to the theater.

Family-friendly experience worth every dime
I gotta say, the lake view from our room was amazing. We really loved chilling and watching the city come alive while we sipped our cocktails-everything was on point. The staff? Just very nice, they treated us like royalty and the kids had a blast at the aquarium. Little moments like.
It wasn't exactly cheap but it was acceptable for the experience we had.
